Global Art Competition

Jennifer Ferreras, the assistant marketing manager of Autism Trust Foundation (UAE – Region) sent us this invitation for a global art competition.

It is our pleasure to write you and extend a formal invitation to your Organization to participate in the Annual Autism Awareness Day Celebration, which will be on the 2nd Day of April 2014. The Special gathering will be held at Jumerah Zabeel Saray, United Arab Emirates.

The Board of Drawings Event will highlight the occasion which will be participated in by different countries like CHINA, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Syria, United Kingdom, Argentina, Palestine, United States of America, Canada, Ecuador, Philippines, Australia, Jordan, New Zealand, and Kuwait.

Board of specialized juries will choose the best paintings of each participating country according to the criteria provided by the hosting Organization. Along Sheikh Zayed road, Media City, a 100-meter long gigantic board will be constructed to exhibit the 1000 drawings, while original pieces will be displayed at Majid Al Futtaim Malls for public viewing and awareness.

This Event will be officially covered by GUINESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORD in cooperation with all the media partners of Autism Trust Foundation-UAE since it will be the FIRST and BIGGEST board of drawings made by children with autism.

The Global Activity aims to promote international awareness on AUTISM, recognize creativity among these children, develop camaraderie and oneness among nations and raise sufficient funds for the improvement, development and advancement of Autism Centers.
